PAUL & SHINI ARCHITECTS started our architectural journey early in 2017, born from the long-time dream of the wife-husband duo of Architect Shini Mary Rajan and Paulose Alex.
We believe that true innovation is not just in form, but in method. So, we listen to clients, to the persons that will live and work in our buildings. We like to start conversations, to educate and encourage debate, ensuring every voice is heard. These insight informs our process, it is embedded into our designs, and realised in our structures.
How we get Things done

Meet
We sit with clients and will have a discussion about their dreams, concepts. We utilise our time to hear them and understand their pure need and budget

Sketch
We Sketch plan and share with client and always make sure that the plan which we provide satisfies the requirements of the client

Design
We design and provide all supporting drawings and details which a client and a contractor needs to construct and it gives a clear idea about the construction to client

Build
We visit site on several stages of construction making sure that the construction is made as per our drawings ans instructions

Managing Director of Paul & Shini Architects completed BE in Electronics and communication engineering, started the career in 2009 as a sales Executive, during the professional journey, was positioned as HR Manager/Head for an UAE based company in India ( Genius Group Global ). In 2014 continued the professional life as an Ast General Manger in a steel Manufacturing company IMACT GROUP OF COMPANIES ( branded as IONA ).During this tenure, was handling major projects like COCHIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, METRO STATIONS.
Shini Paulose
Principle Architect cum Managing Director
Architect Shini, Partner of Paul & Shini Architects, completed her Architectural Degree from TSA ( Tamil School of Architecture, Coimbatore) in 2009.She is a Member of Council of Architecture.
