ABOUT PROJECT

A contemporary home located in the vibrant area of Thevara, Kochi. This residential marvel is a testament to maximizing potential, built with 1800 sqft of space on a 3 cent plot. The client's vision for a modern, functional living space in this prime location was paramount. The design approach was to embrace vertical living while maintaining open, connected communal areas. The multi-level structure is wrapped in clean lines and warm natural finishes, making a significant impression on a compact footprint in one of Kochi's most sought-after neighborhoods. This house is designed to thrive within the limited land, utilizing smart design elements to create an expansive, luxurious atmosphere. We focused heavily on integrating ample glass walls and strategic outdoor zones like terraces and balconies to blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, inviting natural light and a sense of openness. Energy efficiency and sustainability were also key considerations, with proper ventilation and careful material selection used to adapt the modern aesthetic to the local tropical climate.
